nDzuti Safari Camp is an intimate, owner run and managed 4 bedroomed camp located in the heart of the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. Close to camp is the Klaserie River and the dry riverbed hugs the front of the camp. Cliff tops, valleys, rocky outcrops and reed-lined sandy banks attract a plethora of birdlife, small mammals and the big five.
Rooms are situated in a large manor house nestled on perfectly manicured lawns and a low lying, unobtrusive fence surrounds the camp. The en-suite rooms are air-conditioned with twin over-sized beds and luxurious linen. Each room has an outside entrance and one that leads into the main lodge area.
During the evening time you can socialise around the campfire and open-air thatched bar in the boma area.
Enjoy al fresco dining under the stars and enjoy traditional meals while listening to hyena clans in the background. The waterhole in front of camp is mesmerizing and attracts jackals, hyenas and warthog.
The main entertainment area, however, is across the lawns at the pool side where there is a thatched bar leading onto a deck and into the boma where stories and evening meals are shared around the fire
nDzuti is located in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve which shares unfenced borders with the Kruger National Park and the Timbavati Game Reserve which means wildlife are abel to roam freely throughout.
Klaserie Private Nature Reserve forms part of the Associated Private Nature Reserves with no fences between the various private parks and The Kruger National Park.
Located close to the Klaserie River and offering a traversing rights of over 3500 hectares either side of the river.
The closest airport to nDzuti Safari Camp is Hoedspruit and the camp is roughly 52 km from the airport. From the airport to the Enkulu gate it is 12 km and from the gate it is 40 km to camp.
The layout of nDzuti Safari Camp is similar to that of a manor house. There are 4 en-suite, air-conditioned rooms sleeping 8 people in total. Rooms are located under one roof and all lead off a central area. Each room has 2 entrances: one from the outside gardens and one from the indoor central area.
The central area consists of deep patio and indoor interactive kitchen area, where guests can relax and chat as meals are prepared. There are leather couches and lots of books to read for staying cosy indoors. There is a well-established garden housing a boma, swimming pool and lookout deck facing onto a waterhole. The layout of nDzuti is light, airy and open plan.
Small groups of friends or families can hire out nDzuti exclusively, and enjoy all the facilities as one group.
